Interprofessional Education to Practice Summit | June 5, 2019
In June of 2019, the Initiative to Integrate Oral Health and Medicine and the Center for Integration of Primary Care and Oral Health (CIPCOH) proudly partnered to host a new summit, titled Interprofessional Education to Practice in Boston. The goal of the event was to focus on a practical approach to clinical integration of primary care and oral health and to launch a peer-to-peer learning community. The event featured speakers from Harvard School of Dental Medicine, Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health, Harvard Medical School, and more. A variety of speakers, panel discussions, and interactive case studies brought a dynamic approach to integrating interprofessional education in a practical and clinical setting.
